The Okidata C9300 is an easy to use LED color printer with fast printing speed and excellent print quality suitable for any medium sized offices. The whole series comes in three configurations from which this one is the basic model, while the other two offers network, duplex and extra trays. With regards to speed, it has a rated engine of 37 pages per minute in black and 30 pages in color. One notable difference between laser and LED types in terms of printout quality is the gloss effect of printed pages. Both uses toner cartridges though but the printing mechanism differs. This machine uses four color toners such as the 41963601, 41963602, 41963603, and 41963604 toners which is the black.

This unit can also handle large format media which is perfect for tabloid-size printing. Paper handling with the Okidata C9300 has a minimum capacity of 650 pages split between a 550-sheet main tray plus a 100-sheet multipurpose tray. Supported media types include envelope, transparencies, cards, banners and A3 sheets. Available interfaces are limited to wired setup and connection.
