desktop printer. It offers a rated print engine speed of up to 17 pages per minute at a maximum resolution of 1200x1200 dpi. One unique feature of this unit is the support for IrDA wireless connection. So it can either be connected via wired or wireless options, depending on your preferences. This unit requires a black drum unit and HP C4127A (27A) toner cartridge
with yield that can support low-duty printing. It lacks the image enhancement technology from HP, but they still manage to include PostScript 2.
The HP LaserJet 4050 Monochrome laser printer comes standard with an 8MB RAM memory or they can upgrade to 200MB for better processing speed. Total media capacity is limited to 600 sheets, divided between a 500-sheet main input tray supplemented by a 100-sheet multipurpose tray. Supported media types include labels, envelopes, business cards and transparencies. Duplex or any network features are not available in this model, however, its IrDA and HP JetAdmin Utility software create a highlight that turn it into something worth ideal for an office environment. Unfortunately, the LaserJet 4050 is only compatible to work with computers running in Windows Microsoft Office operating systems.
