ColorTonerExpert provides a full 1 Year Warranty, we will replace or refund your purchased products Risk-Free. Problems happen from time to time, and we want to assure you that appropriate action will be taken to replace the cartridge with a properly working unit. In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned toner or ink product must be returned at least 40% full. After 30 days receipt of order, customer is responsible for all shipment costs to return to us.

Compatible ink and toner cartridges, drum units, rollers and fuser kits are warranted to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a whole year after the date of purchase. Products that are damaged during shipment on the carrier or due to customer misuse are not covered under this warranty. Warranty is void if the product is more than 60% used or has been tampered with in any way.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To begin the exchange process, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-482-0380, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. Our friendly representatives will send you a prepaid return shipping label, so you can return the under-performing cartridge at no cost to you. We will ship the replacement item within 2-3 business days upon receiving the returned item.

REFUND PROCESS

If you are unsatisfied with your cartridge because of a warranted defect, it may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Unopened products or merchandise that were incorrectly ordered by the customer may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. OEM items can only be returned if they are unopened.
