Orders and Shipping
What are my options for shipping?
  To better serve your needs, we currently offer various shipping methods through UPS and USPS. The delivery estimates are as follows.

UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days*
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air Saver: next business day by 3:00 pm
UPS Next Day Air: next business day by 10:30 am
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Orders that qualify for free shipping may be shipped via UPS Ground (1-5 business days) or USPS First-Class Mail (2-5 business days). Choosing the carrier is at the warehouse's discretion, unless it is explicitly stated in the order notes to use a specific method. For added services like Saturday delivery, please contact our customer service at 1.888.482.0380. Extra charges may apply.

Why did my shipping method change?
  Sometimes, it makes sense to change shipping methods if the replacement has an equal cost and a shorter transit time. We will never do this if the product will take longer to reach your residence or place of business. If you do not want the carrier or method to be changed for any reason, please explicitly state this in the shipping notes part of the order, and we will be glad to comply.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you created an account when placing your order, you may edit your order by clicking the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Has my order shipped?
  We have a 99% fulfillment rate, meaning almost all of our orders are shipped the same day the order was placed. If a slight delay is expected, a member of our customer service team will contact you immediately either via email or phone. You can also check the status of your order through our Online Order Tracking Tool.

Please note that our cut-off time for same day shipping is 3 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 3 p.m. PST are typically shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are shipped the following business day.

How do I track my order?
  The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are automatically emailed after shipping. Alternatively, you can check our
Online Order Tracking Tool to easily retrieve your order tracking number. Clicking the tracking number will redirect you to the carrier website where you can track the progress of the shipment.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the package.

All inkjet cartridges and orders $100 or more in the Continental USA automatically qualify for free ground shipping.

Inkjet cartridges are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, and orders $100 or more are shipped via UPS Ground. Offer is subject to change at any time.
How do I get my order tracking number?
  An email containing the package tracking number is sent to you as soon your order is shipped. This email contains a link where you can track the progress of the shipment. You may also use our
Online Order Tracking Tool
to easily retrieve your order tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
  All orders are shipped from our Orange County, CA warehouse. Please refer to the map below for in-transit days to your location if your chosen shipping method is UPS Ground.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  There are instances when an order is partially backordered, meaning certain items in the order not currently available. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at 1.800.482.0380 or at [email protected]. We will be glad to help!
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. If the backordered item cannot be sourced within a week or any time that is reasonable to you, we will give you the option to cancel the order and give you a full refund.
Do you deliver to APO/FPO addresses?
  Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders will take one to two business days to process and should arrive within 5 to 7working days. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders. It may take 2-4 weeks at times.
