What is your product warranty?
  At ColorTonerExpert.com, we stand behind the quality of our products.

One-Year Product Guarantee We will refund or replace your product for ONE FULL YEAR — Risk-Free. In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink product must be returned at least 40% full.

Remanufactured and compatible items are warranted to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for 365 days after the date of purchase. Products that are damaged during shipment on the carrier or due to customer misuse are not covered under this warranty. This warranty is void if the product is more than 60% used or has been tampered with in any way.

What is your exchange policy?
  All of our products are backed by a full one year 100% satisfaction guarantee. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that appropriate action will be taken to replace the cartridge with a properly working unit.

If you are not fully satisfied with your cartridge or find it is defective it may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a replacement cartridge.

To begin the exchange process, simply fill out the RMA form, print out the free return shipping label that will be emailed to you, and send the underperforming cartridge back to us. We will ship the replacement item within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. What is your refund policy?
  All of our products are backed by a full one year 100% satisfaction guarantee. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that appropriate action will be to resolve the issue in a hassle-free and risk-free way.

If you are unsatisfied with your cartridge or find that it is defective it may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.

To begin the exchange process, simply fill out the RMA form, print out the free return shipping label that will be emailed to you, and send the underperforming cartridge back to us. Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 3-7 business days of our receipt of their return. How do I return my product?
 

To return a product for an exchange or refund, please follow these 3 easy steps:

1) Completely fill out the RMA form. Once submitted, the form is automatically routed to our customer service department for processing. A reply is usually sent within the same business day.

2) Print the shipping label that will be sent to your email.

3) Pack the cartridge safely with the shipping label pasted securely on the outside of the box. (If possible, please include a copy of your RMA form in the package). Ship the package to:

All returns and exchanges are processed, credited, or reshipped within 3-5 business days of the products arriving back to us.

I received the wrong product.
  If you receive a wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receipt to initiate
the replacement process.

If you believe that you have received the wrong item, complete the Returns and Exchange Form.
Once the RMA is processed by our representative we will send a replacement at no cost to you. You will also receive a pre-paid return label from
FedEx to use in returning the wrong item shipped.

How do I return unopened merchandise?
  In the unfortunate event that you ordered the incorrect product or simply do not wish to keep it anymore, we will still accept it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is unopened and falls within our one year return policy. This type of return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
