Any unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or credit less any shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, and accompanied by an RMA number (see RMA section). If we determine that your cartridge is defective, we will immediately ship a replacement cartridge.

If you are returning an unopened item for refund, we will process and issue the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the credit card originally charged. If payment was made by check, please allow for an additional 10 business days for the original check to clear before we may issue a refund.

We guarantee that our toner cartridges will perform up to the quality and specifications of comparable OEM and/or remanufactured toner cartridges for up to 1 year! If our cartridges do not perform up to our promise, simply send it back and we will exchange it. It's that simple.
